Officers investigating the report of burglary in North Tyneside have released an image of a person they would like to speak to.
Enquiries are ongoing following a break-in at the Aldi supermarket on Great Lime Road at 3am on Friday, August 16.
It was reported that an offender forced their way into the premises via a window, then proceeded to take several bottles of alcohol from the shelves and placing them into a duffle bag.
A full investigation has been launched into the incident.
As part of those enquiries, police have today (Thursday) released images of person they would like to speak to.
They were in the area at the time and officers believe the person may be able to assist with their enquiries.
