Can anyone help us with the identities of these two people on electric motorcycles, wearing camouflage style jackets and balaclavas. They have been seen in a number of suspicious incidents around Durham over the past few days.

Before we get the comments, we know the picture is poor and you can’t see the faces, but someone will know who they are and want to protect friends and families from their activities. Any information would be appreciated and treated in the strictest of confidence.
