Named in loving memory of Catherine Kearney, who tragically lost her life to sepsis in 2023, Kearney FM is more than just a radio station; it is a tribute to her spirit and a testament to her enduring legacy.

Founded by Managing Director Aaron Kearney, Catherine’s son, Kearney FM was created as a way to honor his mother’s life and her deep connection to the community. Catherine Kearney was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering commitment to helping others. She was a beloved figure in the community, and her passing left a void that is felt by all who knew her.
